The Family Experience

The days are long but the years are short. I understand how precious it is to capture this moment in time, whatever season of life you are in; They are only this little once, they leave for college in the Fall, multi-generations together or a new family forming.

As your family photographer, I want to make your session fun and memorable! I want to capture your family in beautiful, natural photos that reflect who you are, for a lifetime of memories.

This means the images will reflect you, not overly edited images of you. I promise to guide all of you the entire session, to help you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

How It Works

Consider the overall feeling you would like in your pictures. The colors of the season, do you prefer flowers or fall foliage, what outfits do you love? What does that look like?
Let's pick a date from there!

Your our location is the background of your session! Do you prefer open fields, city scapes, small town vibes, parks....the sky is the limit! I am excited to help you select your perfect location!

prepping for your session

I am here to help your session be as fun and worry free as possible! From wardrobe help to prepping for the day, I will guide you through any and all questions you might have!

Your personalized Family Experience

Your package includes a personalized family session for up to six with Jessica. Please note, if there are more than six individuals at your session, an additional $10 per person will be added.

-The Family Experience offers up to one hour of shoot time at one location. You'll receive an online gallery where you can easily download, share and print all of your fully edited, high-resolution digital images.

-The Small Family experience offers up to 30 minutes of shoot time at one location. You'll receive 20 images of your choice to download with the opportunity to purchase more.

Helpful tips to make your session successful!

What to wear

Try to avoid "matchy-matchy" outfits. I suggest not putting more than two people in the same color/print. Photos generally look best when there is nice blend of 2 or 3 colors.

Relax! (I know, easier said than done!)

You don't have to worry about posing or getting your family all in order, I'll take care of that! Your job is to smile and enjoy making memories with your family.

let kids be kids

Trust me when I say, let kids just be kids. We always want the perfect posed images, but sometimes the best images come from silly laughs and playing together. Plan a fun outing together after the session to keep the excitement alive.
